[samsung-jflte] Samsung Galaxy S4 stuck at loading screen

What's the expected behaviour?

The device boots into the OS

What's the current behaviour?

The device tries to boot, the Kernel is seemingly loaded, but it is stuck at the loading screen. The selection of any UI option, or even no UI at all does not change the behavior at all. I suspect, that the cause is some udev rule?

How to reproduce your issue?

Build PostMarketOS edge and try to boot on the S4 with any non-GPU accelerated OS.

What device are you using?

Samsung Galaxy S4 - GT-I9505

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (master branch)

• v22.12

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a --> Not able to do so

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

Environments

• Phosh
• Plasma Mobile
• Sxmo (Wayland/Sway) Please post the output of sxmo_version.sh
• Other: Just console

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

What's the build date of the image? 2023-05-01

None yet, I will try to obtain logs by installing a recovery and mounting the FS
