Total graphical failure on edge device google-krane

Describe your issue

What's the expected behaviour?

I expect the device to display the boot screen, the interface I selected after making a live usb with pmbootstrap.

What's the current behaviour?

The device never loads any picture, merely a glitchy pattern of black and white mesh static. However, it initializes the rest of the operating system, and sshd is running after boot as it was before.

How to reproduce your issue?

Make a live image with pmbootstrap for google-krane and boot from it.

What device are you using?

google-krane

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

  • edge (master branch)

  • v22.12

  • I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a It's hard to run this command given I cannot see any text printed to the screen.

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

How did you get postmarketOS image?

What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)
