linux-google-sargo fails to build

After !4145 (merged), linux-google-sargo fails to build. I think I messed up when building the kernels locally by still having the removed package installed in the build root.

I tried patching the kernel to use the right executable name, but it fails to build for other reasons, so I'm opening this issue for now.

@flamingradian is the vendor kernel for google-sargo any useful for you or do you think we just can remove it? I would think the mainline kernel is more useful for average users anyway.
