Plasma mobile: bottom bar does not show up (Nexus 5 and others)

The shell actually starts, but the "home/back/whatever" buttons do not appear at the bottom, so it is not usable since one can not come back to the menu or in the apps. Apps go under the statusbar, too.

The bottom buttons work for me, however on my Wintron7 apps go under the status bar too. It does persist after reboot.

That "apps go under the status bar" issue is known and it's an upstream bug. We'll have to wait for a fix.

I had the bottom bar not appearing sometimes before on Qemu, and simply rebooting fixed it so please try that.

Rebooting did not change things. I have not attached screenshots in the meanwhile because I couldn't reinstall a working plasma config.

Apps going under the status bar has been fixed in Plasma 5.16.0 (which is now available on pmOS).

Can anyone still reproduce the original issue of the bottom bar not showing up? This should be fixed in !450 (merged).
