oneplus-fajita: Disabeling network-manager and wpa_supplicant hinders GDM from starting

Describe your issue

After trying to replicate #2440 (closed) again, i disabled NetworkManager and wpa_supplicant with rc-update to load iwd by hand. After reboot i got an endless boot loop (after unlocking the LUKS disk). I suspect that gdm is hanging.

Start GDM as usual

• v23.12

• v23.06 (supported until 2024-01-18)

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

• I built it using pmbootstrap

Sorry it took a while to show up here. Is this a device-specific issue? Have you tested with other device? Sounds to me like some dependency or configuration error (like some service that depends on network is crashing and taking with it gdm). I don't think that this is a configuration we support though? So I'd lean over closing it. Do you have any thoughts?
