libcamera + pipewire tracking issue

Taking the freedom to open a meta issue for things related to make the libcamera + pipewire (+...) stack work by default, hope that's ok.

• Enable dmabuf heaps on Librem5 + Pinephone (!5084 (merged))
• Enable dmabuf heaps in all kernel configs (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/-/issues/2174#note_1884051439)
• Update dmabuf heap permissions (#2789 (closed)) -> https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/65223 !5162 (merged)
• Enable Pipewire by default for camera handling (not necessarily audio!) (#2785 (closed)) -> !5091 (merged)
• Update libcamera to 0.3 once released, enable more devices downstream (!5162 (merged))
• Potentially ship workarounds in Pipewire (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/rmader/pipewire/-/tree/postmarketos)
• Fix rotation + orientation on the PP (!5096 (merged))
