boot unl0kr on axolotl

shift-axolotl

• v24.06
• v23.12 (supported until 2024-07-16)

Additional information

Findings are described in #2434 (comment 1976379591), but #2434 was based on wrong assumptions and has been marked "support", which this issue isn't.

Is still an issue?

It sounds like an old problem: https://gitlab.com/cherrypicker/unl0kr/-/issues/48 and there is an easy fix.
