Install correct keyboard layout in the initramfs based on selection during install

During the install procedure we currently install the selected keyboard layout (source).

This only applies to the layout used in the console.

With !534 (merged) the keymap is also loaded in the initramfs, this should also be changed to the selected one.

Any idea/suggestion how to properly configure the layout chosen during init?

(what about wayland?)

The user selected layout is now installed correctly for xorg (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/merge_requests/1833)

It only remains to be fixed in the initramfs
