pinebook pro: powering on led and reboot broken

On my iso pinebook pro, I have to hold down the power button for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, the green led doesnt turn on immediately like on other distros but the led eventually comes on. This is a bit misleading and caused me to spend the day "debugging". I would end up holding down power too long, try reflashing cause I thought my image broke, etc. The green led should turn on after 3 seconds.

When I type in sudo reboot, the pinebook pro shuts off but doesnt reboot. To get it to boot: I have to hold down power for 20 seconds, wait, and then hold down power for 3 seconds.

Sometimes I dont even type in reboot and I have to boot using the 20 second, 3 second method.

20 second hold down ensures the pbp is shutdown. 3 sec hold down I had to ask someone in irc cause the led doesnt work properly.

If this is reproducible, I will add these instructions to the wiki.
