phosh: make auto-brightness opt-in

It's working too unreliably right now (at least on the pinephone), which is probably a kernel or sensor problem.

Nevertheless, we have a nice manual brightness adjustment slider in phosh, so let's disable auto-brightness by default and let the user enable it if desired.
