Emojis causes failed SMS

What's the expected behaviour?

I would like to SMS emojis to my contacts

What's the current behaviour?

Emojis fail to send in SMS -- showing a red X where there is normally a checkmark by the timestamp

How to reproduce your issue?

1. Open chats
2. Pick an emoji (on Squeekboard use the globe icon and select emoji) and put it in to the text pane
3. Submit

PinePhone PostMarket OS Convergence edition
