lg-mako: change arch from armhf to armv7

I've tested moving lg-mako to armv7, and pmos builds and boots fine.

Sadly the screen does not work at the moment (tested with weston),
but this happens both with armhf and armv7 so I think it's not related to the architecture change.

I will try to fix the screen in another Merge Request.

Weston currently doesn't work on a lot of devices due to #579 (closed), so try with some Х11-based environment.
