WIP: package wlroots with hwc2 backend

All threads resolved!
This MR packages wlroots-hwc2 compiled from @danct12 sources. Theoretically, this should be enough to run Phosh or Sway on devices that use Halium.
todo:
-
make it conflict with base Phosh package -
make wlroots-hwc2 build with wlroots 0.11.0 -
create postmarketos-ui-phosh-hwc2don't need that thing -
investigate why Phoc needs wlroots.patch(it was removed because it was breaking the build) -
add libhybris-7.1 support(that should work, right?) -
test it!(currently I don't have a device with halium pmOS support, so that needs testing) -
make it work with Phosh -
make it work with Sway

Is there a reason why separate phosh-hwc2 and phoc-hwc2 packages are needed? I don't see any source modification in them. Wouldn't providing a matching version of wlroots with hwc/hwc2 backends enabled be enough?

Sorry, but libhybris support has been dropped. See #703 (closed).
