WIP: device/testing/motorola-maserati: convert to mainline

This boots the Motorola Droid 4 with the mainline 5.8 kernel. The kernel is linux-edge from Alpine with defconfig_omap2plus, once those configs are enabled on the alpine side that kernel can be used instead.

Working:

• framebuffer console
• keyboard
• wifi

Broken:

• usb net
• xorg segfaults and wayland compositors refuse to start
• keymap isn't matching exactly to the key labels
