main/linux-postmarketos-allwinner: upgrade to 5.10.0_git20201214 (+ other fixes)

- added patch to chnage Vbus hold voltage to 4.5V on Pinephone (this makes PD charging more stable)

2020-12-05:
- modem power driver: add more powerup modes and change interface for dumb and fastboot powerup
- you can now write 2, 3 or 4 to .../powered sysfs file to select differnt powerup mode from the normal one (1)
- this is useful for selecting alternate userspace configurations early in boot to allow tracing the userspace processes from early on for reverse engineering, and in the near future, it will be used to switch between original and fully-FOSS userspace code running on the modem's APPS CPU on powerup

Thanks for making the MR @Newbyte! Unless somebody objects with a good reason, we can merge it once it's confirmed to be working (all features in the table you just posted).
I suggest we also enable

Note: didn't test hdmi since I don't currently have a way to do that at the moment.. but I kind of doubt anything in this update (if the changelogs are true) would break that from the rc6 in pmOS edge right now...
