xiaomi-scorpio: switch to mainline kernel

• Upgrade linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8996 to 5.11.10, which also has patches for xiaomi-scorpio.
• Add a SoC common package which has mesa-dri-gallium and msm-modem-rpmsg dependencies, as well as an alsa-ucm-conf subpackage and a udev rule for pmi8998_haptics.
• Add said package as a dependency for oneplus-oneplus3/3t, and remove repeated dependencies.
• Add a firmware package for xiaomi-scorpio
• Remove linux-xiaomi-scorpio and switch to linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8996.
