Administrator requested to merge sxmo1.4.0 into master Mar 28, 2021

We're working on the upgrade to sxmo 1.4.0, and we're kind of hoping we can still squeeze it in for the stable v21.03 postmarketos release still because this version of sxmo offers a significantly better and stabler user experience.

I'm hoping to finish this MR tomorrow (Monday, March 29th)

Use postmarketos Stable in images
