temp/evince: stop using Purism fork

I took all the patches from Purism, copying the one that does not apply. I kept out one patch that disables full-screen. It claims that it is not possible to exit fullscreen mode in phones. However, I am perfectly able to go in and out of fullscreen mode, so I decided to not include it. If somebody experiences issues with it, then we can just add it later.

Regarding upstreamability, there is a MR in progress to port to GTK4, so I strongly doubt that they will accept anything before. Afterwards I assume the patches will not apply, so unfortunately there aren't any chances for upstreaming in this case.
