Also fixes the camera on the Mi Note 2, which was accidentally broken in !3333 and went unnoticed by enabling the lens actuator in DTS and linking it to the sensor through the lens-focus property but never enabling its driver in kconfig (CONFIG_VIDEO_AK7375), causing the media framework to wait indefinitely for it to come up.
