WIP: xiaomi-santoni: support for modem (call/sms)

In this merge request, my attempt will be adding support for modem so the device can communicate with the cell towers.

The modem doesn't start yet, does anyone knows how to start it? All I get is a bunch of errors about OFONO_DRIVER and rmtfs launches with it erroring about /dev/qcom_rmtfs_mem1 not found.

Also, the build/install error will be fixed on it's own after !360 (merged) has been merged.

I've closed the MR right now, until at least the modem works. You can discuss about it in #251 (closed).
