linux-postmarketos-exynos5: add kconfigcheck-community and move src

Not tested yet

@grimler please test that it still fits android devices. Also, note that after this MR we will have to maintain this config to support new options added to kconfigcheck-community in the future, but still keep it below 8M. Anyway, I want to support all the features here like for devices in community category
