Administrator requested to merge ppp-6.1 into master

Fixes included in this build:

  • Patch which forces/sets GPIO pin for stk3311 as input (necessary until the bootloader is properly fixed)
  • ppp: don't reset 'display state of charge' (dsoc) to 0 on vbat low interrupt

This should fix the strange behavior of dropping the "Displayed state of Charge" to 0, when the battery isn't really empty.
