kde/kde-applications*: remove unnused applications and update remaining to 19.04.1

I had tried to build the currently latest commit after rebasing on then-master (b446c06b) with my usual pre-build script, and it failed for a strange reason. Here is the script:

I did not look further into it, maybe you can directly see what is happening or reproduce this?

Also, does it make sense to even try to merge this right now, while the qt issues are not resolved?

apps 19.04.2 is out (as well as frameworks 5.59, time to upstream? and fix -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebugInfo to RelWithDebInfo)

Since I upstreamed all our KDE Applications to Alpine Linux and already removed them from postmarketOS, this MR is now not needed anymore
