linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8953: upgrade to 6.3.0

Administrator requested to merge xiaomi-vince into master

Changes:

  • kconfigcheck-community
  • QCOM_FG & CHARGER_QCOM_SMBCHG = y
  • ambient-light sensor for xiaomi-vince: Liteon LTRF216A
  • ambient-light sensor for xiaomi-markw: Liteon LTR501
  • vince-only: remove i2c-qup and qcom-fg from initfs (both static)
  • vince-only: initfs: fix panels naming and restore bootlogo
  • enable LEDS_QCOM_LPG=m for Fairphone FP3
  • set USB_GADGET_VBUS_DRAW to 500mA
