main/postmarketos-update-depthcharge-kernel: use kern_guid instead of label

This allows to flash correct partition when having 2 installations of pmOS.

This will also avoid flashing kernel image when using U-Boot.

Change looks good. I wonder if this is documented somewhere though, looks like it is not - can you add a depthcharge wiki article that describes how this works and mention kern_guid there?
