main/postmarketos-initramfs: also load kernel modules from file installed from devicepkg-dev

The initial approach of trying to load all kernel modules failed. Instead, make it possible to load modules from a file available in the initramfs. This is currently complementary to the deviceinfo variable (so that it can be merged independently), that will be removed in !4169 (merged)
