temp/iio-sensor-proxy: upgrade SSC patches

1. Upgrade SSC patches for iio-sensor-proxy to the latest version upstream
2. Build against libssc 0.1.6 for more small fixes
3. Needs still fixes for finding the sensor calibration files in systemd mode as hexagonrpcd cannot find them

sudo mv /usr/share/qcom/sdm845/SHIFT/axolotl/* /usr/share/qcom/

Problem: Compass sensor seems unavailable on SHIFT6mq on systemd, this worked on non-systemd systems. I suspect this is related to the firmware files loading.

I wonder if the iio-sensor-proxy patches need to be made against master instead of master_staging_systemd ?

I've been waiting to retest this on a systemd image but haven't had time lately. If this works on master, maybe we can just merge it so that we don't delay getting fixes in?

Also if you or someone else could test this on a systemd image and confirm that it's not crashing anymore... that would be sufficient too :)

1. alpines aport MR 67415 has been merged

2. just gave this MR a test on xiaomi-beryllium w/ edge, works great!
   Especially the orientation switching now seems much clearer defined and less noisy. Before this MR, the device would sometime switch orientation during the action of putting it flat down on a surface.

Unfortunately I donot have a device supported by libssc ready for atest with systemd.
