linux-postmarketos-qcom: Adding CONFIG_SERIAL_MSM_CONSOLE create reboot loop on nexus 5.

I've tested it today on nexus 5, when no serial cable is plugged it creates reboot loops. I guess it's because it misinterprets random inputs from serial that is unplugged.

If others can confirm it, the commit should be reverted.
