More automatic building/installation of the initfs on changes

After building postmarketos-mkinitfs-*, it should get installed in the device chroot, when running install or initfs. (Currently this only happens on install and only when the version number has changed)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
