Pkgver issue in pmbootstrap

I ran git pull on pmaports and the pmbootstrap directory, ran pmbootstrap zap too. It happens randomly, sometimes it works normally, sometimes it errors out. Attaching the output of pmbootstrap log: https://bpaste.net/raw/e54a2ca9fcf0
