--spice when running a Qemu image tries to use Spice from the host system

Since we run Qemu in the chroot itself now, it's preferable to also run a Spice client from there. This way we're less dependent on what's installed on the host system.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
