fix pmbootstrap's confusion between aports and pmaports

In some places, when pmbootstrap refers to pmaports, it actually says "aports". pmbootstrap's config key is aports, for example. It would be nice to fix this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
