can't downgrade from pmbootstrap v3 to 2.3.x without removing pmbootstrap.cfg?

IIRC hearing something about how that file changed so you can't downgrade pmb versions and use the same cfg

Personally I think I've successfully switched between both without removing the config.

@calebccff: do you know of anything that would prevent old pmbootstrap from working with the new config?

Maybe we can reproduce this or get more info?

Maybe we should rename the new config path to pmbootstrap_v3.cfg to avoid this problem?
