kconfig check output: don't print a link for each kconfig option that needs to be changed

the kconfig check output is quite verbose. we don't have a section in the wiki for each of these options, and it would probably not be a good use of time to add them... so just don't print the link anymore. We can print one explanation / link at the bottom instead.
