Kernel updates
Amami linux-postmarketos-mainline patch was removed because it seems more appropriate in the linux-postmarketos-qcom kernel if it's still wanted (and the patch doesn't apply on the recent version without changes).

Edited by AdministratorLooks good to me as well, but the kernel versions have already been bumped a lot. Is there a reason to stay on these specific versions? Otherwise I'm pre-building these two right now (latest on kernel.org):
- mainline: 4.18
- stable: 4.18.3
I would merge them as soon as I've pre-built them for x86_64, armhf, aarch64 (to fill up ccache) and confirmed that they work in QEMU.
PS: this gets a lot easier soon, when we have separated the aports from the pmbootstrap repository (#383 (closed)), because then we don't need to do the pre-build step for all these architectures. People won't always have the latest greatest aports cloned, they will likely have a version where the binary packages are already available. So pmbootstrap won't try to do the long kernel builds on their machines.
