Add option for toggling the service to clear the RTC wake alarm
This is a request to add an option to support toggling the shutdown-clear-rtc-wakealarm service, added in https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/3905
Having a GUI way to do this would be useful for users who want to change the default without having to open up a terminal.
