Have a section for breaking updates in pmOS edge

@z3ntu proposed this lately, as we had to make a breaking change for pinetab-dev owners. Currently alsa + pulseaudio is broken in Alpine edge, so it would be useful to note it there as well.

so either we don't break things or we have a kind of news area where something like "you need to apk add device-pine64-pinetab-kernel-allwinner-dev thing after an upgrade." gets posted when needed

kind of like arch news update for when things need to be manually fixed

can be a simple markdown file that gets rendered somewhere

Brainstorming where to integrate it and merge requests welcome. It should be visible, but not annoying for people who just want to get informed about postmarketOS. I think we should not mix these entries with the regular blog posts. And as he wrote, it should be easy to update (-> markdown file or something).
