The SM7150 devices have seen a lot of work put into them and are
generally very usable except for microphone/earpiece audio and cameras.
Both of these features are still work in progress and should be
available sometime in the future. They fulfil the requirements for
community in the Wiki, so let's promote them.

PMEM aka persistent memory enables a region of memory to be treated as a
block device. This is particularly useful as a way for EFI bootloaders
to retrieve a full OS image (via HTTP) and make it accessible to the OS.

Let's enable this in postmarketOS so we can enable HTTP booting images
directly from postmarketOS.org.

No longer needed since soc-qcom provides all of the config/dependency
requirements that this pkg used to. It can be re-added later if some new
sdm845-specific stuff is needed

This is basically a copy of soc-qcom-sdm845, which many things (even
non-sdm845 stuff) were depending on.

Commit cb7074d8 removed this subpackage
and unconditionally enabled the unl0kr quirk in soc-qcom-sm7150, but the
xiaomi-davinci device package was never updated to account for this.
