where unl0kr was otherwise not showing in the main screen (but would
if connected an HDMI over the USB-C port)

A surprinsingly amount of devices use this quirk. So instead of having
each of those packages package the file individually, let's create a
single unl0kr subpackage that they can depend on

It is used in the "2nd" part of the initramfs, not in the first one

Fix that building phosh, gnome, plasma-mobile images fails with:

==> Generating vmlinuz.kpart
Building depthcharge image for board 'Unnamed veyron board' ('veyron').
Couldn't build a small enough image for this board.

The Khadas VIM3 [1] is a popular devboard (SBC).
It has an Amlogic A311D SoC and is well supported in mainline linux.

Add board support in testing.

Note that we use the soc-amlogic-s905 package which also provides
support for A311d.

Installation of lang gets moved from pmbootstrap to pmaports, since
pmbootstrap previously had installed lang only on non-default locale
systems. With this change also systems on the default locale can switch
between languages.

At first fix issue #3315 caused by config file snippet openbox/rc.xml. The
snippet results in unresponsive window headers after changing the Openbox
theme. The Openbox settings GUI ObConf-Qt is not set up to handle config
snippets. Therefore replace the snippet by the full file of openbox/rc.xml.
The issue was investigated at:
https://github.com/Mikachu/openbox/issues/23

Secondly custom Openbox themes of dark style Onyx and bright style Clearlooks
with larger window buttons are added.

Thirdly the default Openbox theme is set to custom Clearlooks with larger
window buttons and additionally the Openbox font size is increased.

Alpine now ships compressed firmware, so the old firmware file name is no
longer available, causing wl1251-cal to fail. Fix by manually creating the
expected uncompressed file.

Additionally, wl1251-cal has not been running early enough in most cases,
causing the kernel to use default nvs. Fix by blacklisting the driver and
probing it after the correct nvs has been extracted and saved.
