Most things in temp come from Alpine's aports repository, which has
different rules and does not for example mandate that all files use tabs
instead of spaces. As such, let's not require packages in there to
conform to our rules.

The only thing we define in the config file is "SpacesAftertabs": true
besides the version. Apparently it works fine if the version is
removed, and it avoids an error if the version changed (as it just did
now):

> Binary: 2.7.0, Config 2.6.0
