package triggers broken after usr merge

This issue is basically a duplicate of this: https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/apk-tools/-/merge_requests/155#note_425046

One outcome of this issue is that depmod isn't run after installing a kernel, on my shift 6mq it meant booting with basically no modules loaded and many things broken :P

I wanted to make this issue so I could associate it with %initial systemd support

changed milestone to %initial systemd support

Closing, since I now believe that we should fix triggers upstream in aports that are not compatible with usr merge.
