The path in the file was wrong (postmarketOS vs postmarketos), but more
importantly it is just easier to maintain if the file with these parts
are right next to the APKBUILD that also has these paths.

pmaports MR 5015 adds it to the postmarketos-artwork package in
pmaports.git.

It also updates GNOME's XML to point to the new location

This way they should be selectable in the UI instead of the old ones.
In the process also change the name, since these wallpapers are more
generic.

This also allows to go back to the default wallpaper if ever changed

Add two wallpapers created by Tobias Bernard: like GNOME wallpapers, but
with colors changed to pmOS green in the middle. The idea is to use them
for GNOME Shell on Mobile to have a good contrast to read application
labels.
