wallpapers: pmos.xml: point to the meadow wallpapers

Administrator requested to merge wallpapers-xml into master

This way they should be selectable in the UI instead of the old ones. In the process also change the name, since these wallpapers are more generic.

@Newbyte This should not replace the old wallpaper if anybody selected it manually. I'm not sure what happens by default, but I'd hope we can make this happen.
