wallpapers/gnome/pmos.xml: remove

Administrator requested to merge rm-pmos.xml into master

The path in the file was wrong (postmarketOS vs postmarketos), but more importantly it is just easier to maintain if the file with these parts are right next to the APKBUILD that also has these paths.

pmaports!5015 adds it to the postmarketos-artwork package in pmaports.git.
