Add support for bootimg header v2

Administrator requested to merge bootimg-v2 into master

Simplifies boot.img header v2 ports by introducing deviceinfo_flash_offset_dtb and reusing the existing deviceinfo_header_version & deviceinfo_dtb instead of requiring everyone to set deviceinfo_bootimg_custom_args as seen on the OnePlus 9 currently.
