Don't call pmos-update-kernel before copying files to /boot

Administrator requested to merge fix_pmos_update_kernel into master

Fixes a bug where pmos-update-kernel expects boot files in /boot, which obviously won't be there all the time unless we explicitly copy them before calling it.
