Add "generate-only" mode

In this mode bootmac prints the derived MAC value for either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, but does not actually configure the hardware. This is so that devices where the MAC has to be configured in a device-specific way can still benefit from the same address generation algorithm.

aaaand a slight oops... getops kills the long arguments, which is not very nice. Replaced it with a reworked parser. But I need to add that I'm no shell scripter... just trying to solve the issue I encounter with GPT (and some common sense)
