images: use get_ui_list() on all boards

For some reason pine64-rockpro64 uses plasma-bigscreen UI which we don't use on other devices, thus add "add_ui" argument to get_ui_list function.

This function will also be useful if we ever get wlroots 2D acceleration on some devices not having GPU support, so we can build wlroots UIs for them.
