images: Add Xiaomi SM7150 devices

I'm a bit clueless as to what some of these options are for (like the start date (I set this to Friday to give you some headroom, feel free to edit) and why branches and branch configs feel like one of them is redundant), but feel free to fix up anything I misunderstood. I am sending this in between waking up and prepping for a train trip :)
