images: Add Xiaomi SM7150 devices

I'm a bit clueless as to what some of these options are for (like the start date (I set this to Friday to give you some headroom, feel free to edit) and why branches and branch configs feel like one of them is redundant), but feel free to fix up anything I misunderstood. I am sending this in between waking up and prepping for a train trip :)

Regarding start date: for them mostly the week date is important, any date in the past is fine to trigger new image builds as soon as it gets merged.

Maybe we can rework this at some point to make it more intuitive.
