template: add dark theme

Administrator requested to merge dark-theme into master

light theme (not changed): image dark theme (new): image

Both background colors match the style of postmarketos.org, but I had to use a lighter color for the green on hover.

ping @MartijnBraam because he made the dark theme for postmarketos.org
